Aetium Update | October 2026
Dear Aetium Member,
Following our March 2026 update, we are pleased to announce that development is now underway on Aetium Reporting, our new platform scheduled to launch by 1 February 2027.
Building on three years of research and development, Aetium Reporting will provide advanced measurement, verification and certification of CO2e emissions reductions from rooftop solar and electric vehicles, supporting Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions reporting under Australian standards.
While we have temporarily suspended plans to monetise verified CO2e reductions, we continue to engage with government and regulators to establish a viable pathway for recognising and rewarding genuine climate action. We intend to revisit this opportunity as regulatory frameworks evolve. In the meantime, our underlying technology remains highly valuable for measuring, verifying and reporting CO2e emissions reductions.
Aetium Reporting

What this means for you
1. Your projects and data are secure
Your existing projects and data are secure and will transfer to the new platform.
2. Free reporting for FY26 and FY27
Free reporting for FY26 and FY27 will be available for all current registered projects.
3. Certified reporting of your CO2e reductions
Certified reporting demonstrates your verified CO2e reductions – simple, easy and effective.
No action is required. We will notify you when the new platform launches.
